Home stay Weekend in Germany

Waiting to meet our families...

“During my home stay it was wonderful being totally immersed in the culture. My family was surprisingly very warm and open. We had dinner with other local families. I really liked getting to know people like me in a different country. I’ll always remember the experience.” -Peter

We are warmly greeted by our hosts!

It is hard to say good-bye to our German host families
who so graciously took us into their homes and made
us part of the family.
Everyone has many happy memories to share.

“I was glad that I was able to get to know my German host in just
three days. We got to be close, and teach each other about our cultures.
She was able to practice her English and I really word on my German.
Hopefully, she will be able to stay in touch in the future.
It was a lot of fun.” –Sarah C.

The home stay was “sixty-five hours or raw adventure,
packed with timeless memories I will never forget.” -Ashley

“Through the course of my home stay, I was permitted a chance to
learn and experience first hand the German culture and way of life.
These three days opened my eyes to a completely different method
of living and mannerisms. I was able to draw parallels between my
experiences in Germany and my own life in America. I had a terrific
time and learn a great deal about a society different from my own.”
– Melisa
